What Parents Need to Know
Families pay an annual tuition fee which varies from year to year, and a yearly book and supply fee. Scholarships are available for families who qualify, but forms must be submitted early in the spring and before the school year ends.
School begins at 7:45 am and ends at 2:00 pm. Bus service is available to students who qualify.
Home and School Association
The HSA provides an opportunity for parents to be more closely involved in the activities of the school. It is an organization of valued parents and teachers that volunteer their time and effort to enhance the social and educational experience at Saints Cyril & Methodius School.
The HSA members organize and participate in various school fundraisers like the Toy Bingo, Halloween tag sale, car wash, Christmas party, St. Joseph’s Day Dinner and Family Movie Night

Pre-K Hours
7 a.m. - 5 p.m. Year round. Open 50 of 52 weeks a year
Arrival and Dismissal Procedures Grades K-8
Doors Open at 7:15 am
First Bell at 7:30 am
School starts at 7:45 am
Traffic enters from North Gate and exits the South Gate
Dismissal at 2:15 pm
Buses pickup at the South Gate
Car Pickup at the South Entrance of the School
Children not picked up by 2:30 p.m. enter the after school program and a fee will be charged.
School Cancellations
Please turn to radio station?WTIC or TV CHANNEL 3 or 30 for school cancellations in case of inclement weather. Usually we follow the Hartford Public Schools with regard to school cancellation in storms, but there are exceptions.
